Hello, my name is Britt Mowery. I am a 21-year-old
college student. I am 6'2 and used to weigh almost
270 lbs. Shortly after I graduated from high school I moved out on
my own and that's when it all began. We all know about the "freshman
15" where
freshman tend to gain 15 pounds their first semester. Well for me it was
more like
the "Freshman 40+". At the time I lived with three roommates
and, being typical broke college students, we could all agree that spending
a
few dollars at Mickey D's was much better than taking the time out of our
day to cook something healthy and also we thought it was much cheaper to
keep the eating habits we soon obtained.
My weight began to turn into
a problem, not only for health reasons, but lack of attention in class and
more or less
not wanting to go to class due to the long walk across campus. I had
no confidence at all, but mostly it was also stopping me from the career
I have
wanted to pursue for a long time: to join the United
States Air Force.

I was told about Healthy Figures by a woman that my mother works with. She
said that she lost quite a bit of weight and I thought to myself, "wow,
another diet company out there to take money and give me false hope." So,
after thinking about it I figured it couldn't hurt to at least go and talk
to the people at Healthy Figures. They took their time to discuss the diet
to me, and what I could expect.
So I gave Healthy Figures a try and,
thanks to them, I lost 70 pounds in 15 weeks! My weight went from 268
down to 198, my waist was a tight 38 and now I wear a 34; I went from XL
shirts to a size medium, and now I am not only the the weight I need to be
to go into the Air Force, I am actually 10 pounds below the max. I
feel so much better, have gained a lot more energy and confidence, and my
attention in class led to better grades.
Thank you Healthy
Figures!
